Fifteen years ago, our vendor accompanied her house-hunting friend, happy to be the 'second opinion', no thoughts of purchasing a home in her head. By the end of that day, she had fallen in love and submitted an offer to purchase her next home. Fast forward fifteen very happy years and its time to move on, creating opportunity for someone else to have a similar love affair.
