Just a little over five years ago, my vendors arrived in Tauranga in search of their perfect retirement home. Their brief to me was to find them a solid, low maintenance home on a small freehold section, with good access to shopping and medical facilities. Spacious single level living, privacy and plenty of sunshine were important to them, and they really wanted an internal access garage and second toilet if I was able to find them something that had those too.
