One Room in Boarding House

Boarding House Accommodation (this is for one room in the house). Common area is shared with other occupants. The rooms are available for long term accommodation. No pets allowed at property (even to visit) due to tenant with allergies. This room is rumpus room sized, and has it's own bathroom. Deposit of one week rent $375 and four weeks bond $1500. Bond is held at Tenancy Services Bond centre. The rent includes the room, power, water, rubbish, basic internet, and use of the items in the common area, Common area is fully furnished with TV, couches, dining table, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
