Villa lovers often complain that there is a dearth of lovely old homes in Tauranga. So we are super-excited to present to you a gorgeous weatherboard villa, built circa 1906 in Second Avenue and relocated to its present site on approximately 781sqm in the early 60's. The current owners stumbled across it by chance, fell in love and purchased the home around 15 years ago.
