A pole house built with love in 1978 to raise a family with artistic qualities and a great fondness of the sea. This one-of-a-kind timber interior home is decidedly different, in original retro condition and loaded with character and fun spaces. The upstairs level is for family living with a deck to sit out on to enjoy the sea peep. The bedrooms are down stairs and there's a trapdoor and ladder down to 'the dungeon', an area that can be a rumpus or playroom. There are fruit trees and shrubs, a chook house with a run and a 'Wendy house'!
